Freight cost
Freight depends on the size, weight and destination of your order. We show it on your quote before you approve anything.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number when your order ships.
International orders
We currently deliver within Australia only. Contact us if you need international delivery and we'll see what we can do.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
We work with trusted suppliers whose quality checks catch errors before goods leave the factory. If anything does arrive damaged or faulty, contact us with photos and we'll work with you on the best fix: replacement stock, a credit or an alternative product. Because branded items are made to order with your logo, we can't accept returns for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Samples
See it before you order. Every quote comes with a free digital proof showing your logo on the product.
Plain samples. Want to check the size, colour or feel? We can send unbranded samples of most products. You pay the item price plus freight, and if you order that product within 60 days, we take the sample price off your invoice. Up to three samples per enquiry, and they're yours to keep.
Branded samples. For large or important orders, we can make a pre-production sample with your logo on many products. We quote these case by case: usually a setup charge, the item and freight. It adds about a week to the timeline, so ask early.
Payment
We accept credit card and bank transfer (EFT). We don’t charge a card surcharge.
• Before production: depending on the order, we may ask for payment in full or a deposit before production starts. Your quote will tell you what applies.
• 30-day accounts: businesses, schools and government organisations can apply for an account. Once it’s approved, we invoice when your order ships, and payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.
• Purchase orders: send your PO number with your order approval and we’ll put it on the invoice.
