Payment
We accept credit card and bank transfer (EFT). We don't charge a card surcharge.
- Before production: depending on the order, we may ask for payment in full or a deposit before production starts. Your quote will tell you what applies.
- 30-day accounts: businesses, schools and government organisations can apply for an account. Once it's approved, we invoice when your order ships, and payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.
- Purchase orders: send your PO number with your order approval and we'll put it on the invoice.
