Rotary Screen Print

Rotary screen printing is screen printing for round products: the bottle or mug turns as the ink is applied, so the print can wrap around it.

• Best for: drink bottles, tumblers, mugs and other cylinders.
• The look: solid spot colours with a large print area.
• Good to know: each colour is a separate setup charge, with up to 5 colours (including white) on many products. Gold and silver available. Close colour matches are easiest on light products. Most inks dry fast.
• Artwork: editable vector, fonts converted to outlines.
• Individual names: no.
