Rotary Digital Print

UV inks and a gloss varnish are printed directly onto round products as they rotate, so a full-colour design can wrap almost all the way around.

• Best for: drink bottles and tumblers with large or complex full-colour designs.
• The look: vivid gloss print that stays bright on dark products.
• Good to know: one setup charge for any number of colours. There's a small gap where the print starts and ends. It costs more than other methods, and lead times can be longer. No metallic or neon colours.
• Artwork: vector or 300 dpi image, fonts converted to outlines.
• Individual names: ask us.
